What is Dominique Ansel Online Sweet Rewards?
Our new rewards program lets you treat yourself to discounts as your shop on our nationwide shipping website, DominiqueAnselOnline.com, and get first-access to news and pastry launches.
How does it work?
Earn 1 point for each $1 spent on DominiqueAnselOnline.com, plus you'll collect points just by signing up, referring friends, liking us on Facebook, and following @dominiqueansel on Instagram. As you earn points, redeem them for future purchases at check-out.
Points are earned based on the total product amount (which includes: pastries and retail merchanside, cookbooks, and DominiqueAnselOnline.com gift cards), and DOES NOT include shipping or tax, BakingWithDominique.com classes, or items purchased from Dominique Ansel Retail stores.
If you are redeeming points for a purchase, you will earn points based on the discounted amount once points are applied (not on the full price of the purchase).
(Please note: accounts may be blocked and/or points may be revoked if terms of the loyalty program are violated.)

When do I start earning points?
As soon as you sign up! You'll earn 10 points once you join, plus you'll score more points just by following @dominiqueansel on Instagram, referring a friend (once they make their first purchase), or liking our Facebook page.
Can I earn points at Dominique Ansel shops?
No. Points are earned through purchases made on our nationwide shipping website, DominiqueAnselOnline.com only. Points will not be earned through purchases at our brick-and-mortar locations (Dominique Ansel Bakery, Workshop, Las Vegas, other Dominique Ansel locations worldwide), or BakingWithDominique.com classes. Points will also not be earned via third-party local NYC delivery services i.e. DoorDash and Caviar.
Can I use points at Dominique Ansel shops?
No. The points are only valid for purchases on our nationwide shipping website, DominiqueAnselOnline.com. They are not redeemable in-store at our brick-and-mortar locations (Dominique Ansel Bakery, Workshop, Las Vegas, other Dominique Ansel locations worldwide), or BakingWithDominique.com classes.
How do I earn points by referring friends?
You'll earn 10 points for every friend you refer once they register for the Sweet Rewards program and make their first purchase.
Do I earn points on gift card purchases?
Yes! You'll earn points for gift card purchases made on DominiqueAnselOnline.com. Please note: gift cards purchased on DominiqueAnselOnline.com are valid only for purchases on DominiqueAnselOnline.com, our nationwide shipping website (they are not valid for use in our physical locations or BakingWithDominique.com). Gift cards purchased in our physical stores are not eligible for points.
Can I use my points to purchase a gift card?
No. Points cannot be applied towards gift card purchases on DominiqueAnselOnline.com or for gift cards for our shops.
I need to cancel my order. Will I lose my points once it's cancelled?
Yes. If you cancel an order, the points you earned for that original order will be cancelled as well.
Can I redeem partial points for partial discounts?
No. You cannot redeem a reward until you've reached 150 points. (For example, if you have 123 points, you will not be able to redeem them for a partial discount. Once you reach 150 points, you can redeem for that tier's reward.) If you save your points and reach the next tier (300 points), you can select which discount you'd like to apply at check-out.
Oops, I just made a purchase, but forgot to sign up for the Rewards! Can I retro-actively add points to my purchase?
Sure! First sign up for the Rewards HERE. Then email us at customerservice@dominiqueanselonline.com and let us know your order number and we can apply the points to your existing order. You must email us within 14 days of your purchase in order for us to apply the points to your account. If it has been more than 14 days since you completed your purchase, we unfortunately will not be able to apply the points.
Do points expire?
No.
Can I transfer my points to a friend?
No, points are non-transferable and are also not valid in our physical locations. Your pointsa are valid for your own DominiqueAnselOnline.com account only.
Can I combine my points with other discounts and codes?
No, points cannot be stacked with other online discounts or promotional codes. Only one discount per transaction.
Can I earn points for large corporate orders?
It will depend on the quantity of orders. For corporate order inquiries, please contact us directly at customerservice@dominiqueanselonline.com and our team will be happy to look into your request for you.
Can points be applied to previous purchases?
No. If you've previously made purchases, points cannot be retroactively applied.
